Detailed Description:	Can you change the parameters of the needle? The tissue insertion end is standard 0.41mm in diameter. I need the anesthetic end to have the same external diameter and bevel but the internal core for the first 2mm to be 0.15mm. Can you make those changes? if so how much per unit and how soon can I get a prototype?
